Practical procedure and troubleshooting notes for Ghost Patient File Fix.

1. On the machine that shows that the patient file is open on
2. Open Dexis
3. Type Patient Name
4. Open the Patient file
5. Close the Patient File in dexis using the green X in the center of the window not the red x to close the program
6. Ensure with the user that called in that they are now able to open the patient file
