This Page will show you how to recover files from a PC's that has the Datto Endpoint Backup agent for PC's

🩹 File Recovery Steps

1. Inside of the Datto Endpoint Backup for PC's Page
2. Navigate to the Site that you want to preform the recovery on
3. Launch the Recovery Page using the little button on the site that looks like the launch new tab button
4. Once that page loads you will see a launch pad page
5. Click the Start File Restore Option
6. Then Choose the system you are trying to restore files from
7. Once you have choosen the System you want to restore from choose the snapshot you would like to restore from
8. Click on Create File Restore
9. The restore point will mount
10. Click Browse to see hte files that you can recover
11. You have two options SFTP Export and Weblink
    • If you choose SFTP You will need to have an SFTP client installed and configured
      • This option will show you what you need to configure in the SFTP client

• If you Choose Launch file browser you will be redirected to a new page (It Takes a While to Load)
  • From this page you can download eitehr whole directories or single files

12. Once you are finished using the restore unmount the volume that you were browsing
