Set up Quickbooks Time Kiosk

In Quickbooks Time

1. Login to Quickbooks Time
2. Go to Company Settings
3. Click on Time Options
4. Select the Date and Time
5. From the Time Zone Drop Down Choose time Zone
6. Go to Feature Add-ons and Manage Add-ons
7. When it has succesfuly been installed if it was not already Go to Add Device
8. There will be a 4 digit Code nessesary for you to enter on the tablet

On the Device that you would like to use as a Kiosk

In this walk through I am using an Ipad

1. Go to the App Store
2. Search for and install the "Quickbooks Time Kiosk" App
3. Enter the your companys Quickbooks Time Company Identifier select Next
4. Enter the Device Autorization Code obtained on step 7 in "Set up Quickbooks Time Kiosk"

In Quickbooks Time after adding the Device

1. Click on the Preferences for the Devices that you just set up
2. From here you can change settings like
   • the Kiosk name

• Limit which users can clock in / out on that Kiosk
• To require a picture upon clocking in
• to record Location while clocking in
