Troubleshooting Windows taking a long time to spool

1. Open Services as administrator
   
2. In services Stop the "Print Spooler Service"
   
3. Navigate to "C:\windows\system32\spool\PRINTERS"
   
4. Remove All Files in PRINTERS
5. Start the "*** Print Spooler Service"
   
6. Print a test Page

To Preform the Same thing from CMD use

net stop spooler
del /Q /F C:\Windows\System32\spool\PRINTERS\*
net start spooler
